How to create additional Student Accounts
1. Go to Settings > Manage Students
2. Add Student Accounts
2a. To add one user
Click + button above Add user
In the window Add a new user, enter:
username (You can use their first name or something identifiable.)
password
No email needed (we recommend not using email to keep logins simple for students)
The student will use the username and password to log in
2b. To create multiple accounts at once,
Scroll to bottom and click Create multiple accounts.
In the window Create Multiple Student Accounts, enter:
# of accounts you want to create
the prefix for the username: (e.g.OrgNameStudent) We recommend making it specific to you as possible instead of User or Student.
the password: everyone in the batch will get same password
Each of these batch created username/passwords can be edited individually after creation. For example, you can create OrgNameStudent 1-20 and then go back and edit usernames to be the student's first name.
4. Share login with students.
Students can then use any of these new username and password combinations.
These students will need to go to Kai XR directly at https://profile.kaixr.com/login to log in.
